This page is one of the main reasons we switched our host in Feb 2008. We are not web-page experts and had no easy way to get customer comments on our site. We hope to give confidence in our company, as we simply do not leave customers unsatisfied.

Great experience, order shipped promptly, all items in order, installation (following on line instructions with assit from on line videos) was simple, advice provided was very accurate and helpful. Preparation took longeest, removed fire bricks, cut out dampner, and wrap liner took about nine hours over three days working alone. Install took four hours but includes insert with skirt installed. Kit $778, time 13 hours, satisfaction priceless. jim
