I placed my complete chimney system order with Discount Chimney Supply and in a matter of a few days, the entire order was delivered. Everything I ordered was exactly right and without damage. I appreciate the ability to save an awful lot of money compared to my local stove and fireplace shop. For anyone skeptical or nervous about ordering, I offer my own positive experience as an example. I also appreciate that DCS offers the galvanized components to save money where most other online dealers only offer stainless steel. Where the pipe is inside the house, there's no need for a stainless steel skin as both versions have stainless steel on the inside, where it counts. Thanks for the help, Steve @ DCS.

He kept me posted on some backordered items and refunded promptly on the items that it turned out I didn't need.

The product i ordered was out of stock, I was notified by phone immediately, was upgraded to another available product at no additional charge and still received my order quickly. We had some friends help us move our wood stoves on Sunday. I finished up the metal work for the upper stove yesterday, and today we had our first fire in it! It was pretty smoky from all the stove paint, but that will improve. I'll get the lower stove in this weekend. Thanks for your prompt shipping and guidance.

The double wall came this afternoon and I ran home at lunch to try fitting the tee on the stove. Cleaned it up first, and its a tight fit. Now I have this stove top adapter that I can't use. Do you folks accept returns?
